Email Question

I reply to all email questions I receive, although not outside normal working hours. If you don't get a reply within a few working days, check your junk or spam folders, and also make sure that you followed the points above, particularly the number of photographs.
Please refer people to my Contact Me page rather than passing on my email address.
If you are going to send photos, which I encourage you to do, I request that you do not send more than three photos listed below and shown in the examples here.
Note that the examples are scaled down for the purposes of this page. The originals are much larger and more detailed, which you can see if you click on any of the images. Any photos you send must have be a similar size and level of detail to the expanded photos.
- Send only these three photos:
- The inside of the outer case back (unless the marks are on the outside)
- The movement and
- The face (usually the least important).
- Photos must be taken in daylight, avoiding harsh, direct, sunlight. Do not send photos taken in artificial light.
- Photographs must be in focus. Hold the camera far enough away that it can focus on the subject, and hold it very steady during the shot.
- Photos must be high resolution, at least 1,000 pixels across the subject. Do not send thumbnails!
- Don't crop, enlarge, adjust or enhance photos.

- If there is anything written on the dial, make sure the hands are not obscuring it.
